These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AIContentr (“Service”), operated by AIContentr (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AIContentr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You agree to use AIContentr only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Content you create: Scripts, research, and other content you generate using AIContentr belong to you. You retain full ownership of the output.
Content you upload: By uploading research materials, YouTube URLs, or other content to the Service, you represent that you have the right to use that content and grant us a limited licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Our content: The AIContentr platform, its design, features, brand, and underlying AI system are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
By using AIContentr, you grant us the right to mention your channel name and publicly available channel information (such as subscriber count) for marketing and promotional purposes — for example, listing your channel as a user of AIContentr on our website or in promotional materials.
If you prefer to opt out of this, contact us at support@aicontentr.com and we will remove your information from any marketing materials promptly.
AIContentr uses artificial intelligence to assist with script generation. You acknowledge that:
Due to the nature of AI technology, script output generated by AIContentr may not be unique across users. Other users may receive similar or identical output for similar inputs. Our assignment of rights in AI-generated output to you does not extend to other users' output or any third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing.
We aim to provide uninterrupted access to AIContentr but do not guarantee uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from Service downtime.
To maintain consistent service quality for all users, we reserve the right to implement usage limits, rate limiting, or temporary throttling for accounts whose usage is significantly above normal patterns. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before implementing such measures.
When billing is enabled, subscriptions are processed via Razorpay. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 7 days of payment if you are not satisfied with the Service, provided you have not generated more than 3 scripts. Refund requests must be emailed to support@aicontentr.com.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused periods.
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@aicontentr.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. Chargebacks filed without first attempting resolution with us may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe to be fraudulent or unjustified.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIContentr and its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or harmful components.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIContentr and its founders, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. The remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we deem harmful to the Service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or platform notice at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
